Am I an alien

Could I be an alien? Coming from another planet, it would make me famous or become a known alien, alien? Right now, I do feel all different, but don’t confess to being an alien alien.

I get my habeas corpus and inalienable rights like most solid citizens. But what if there was an alien from outer space? Could he have habeas corpus? Would he say I am a new strange being and don’t want any rights on your earth? No, he would not say that, but he probably would find he has no rights. He would go to his spaceship, appear on all TV sets, and preach equality.  Basically, a habeas corpus is the right to counsel and to appear before a judge, and to find one's due process. Maybe this alien was expecting a loss of rights. To right these wrongs, he had come to earth.  He was a biblical prophet. Calling all to repent.
