When we have a bad day, taking a step back and reflecting on what's causing our stress or frustration can be helpful. Some ways to cope with a lousy day include talking to a trusted friend or family member, engaging in a relaxing activity like reading or yoga, or practicing mindfulness techniques to help manage stress and anxiety.
